Supportive Housing

The SWCAP’s Supportive Housing program ended on September 30, 2025. Even though this program is going away, we’re still here to help connect you with other local resources so you have support with housing needs. SWCAP does not provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, or rental assistance. We will continue walking alongside you as you work toward stability and security.
