SWCAP offers a limited number of residential properties for rent to working-class families. These are well-maintained, stable, affordable single-family rentals in Green, Grant and Lafayette Counties in Wisconsin. All units come with a 12-month lease. Rent amounts are determined by the affordability standards of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Section 8 or other types of rent support are accepted.
