Comprehensive home purchase and mortgage application counseling. So you know exactly what to expect and what it means for you. So you can be confident about the responsibility you’re taking on.
Second mortgage financing of up to 20% of the purchase price at 0% interest, and with deferred payments. This is affordable borrowing that means you need to borrow less with your first mortgage and, thereby, lowers your monthly mortgage payment.

Housing quality and purchase-to-value limits may apply.
